We are a Mother and Daughter team.  I am Val and my daughter is Maddie. 

We are qualified in Advanced Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Crystal healing and Mindfulness.

We are qualified holistic health practitioners and offer a holistic health service and range of products. We make and prepare natural organic balms and creams which contain no nasty chemicals, for natural healing. Our products are natural raw and wherever possible organic.

For us it wasn't just about making products to sell it was about using our knowledge to help you with a healthier option to enhance your whole being...Mind, Body, and Spirit. balance the whole picture.
