Our website is available 24 hrs a day. We will endeavour to review the website regularly and will process your order as soon as possible. If there is a problem, we will contact you via email. Sundays and Public holidays and any unforeseen event will take slightly longer to process orders.

If you are taking any medications always check with your Dr that it is safe to use the product if you are unsure. We don’t recommend the stopping of any medications because of products bought from us.
Our essential oils are high quality oils and should always be used with caution. We recommend a test patch on your arm if you are at all unsure of a reaction. We are not promoting the ingesting of the oils. Essential oils are powerful and should not be taken internally. Essential oils should only ever be ingested under advice of an experienced aromatherapist.

All orders over $100 will have free shipping.
Orders under $100 will be $8.00 NZ wide
Orders have to be signed for. If you have a special instruction or would like your order to be left with no signature, then please advise us via message on the form, it is under the add a note heading.
Rural delivery takes longer than urban delivery.
We are NOT responsible for any item that is lost because it was unsigned for.
If your item is in stock it will be delivered promptly.
If it out of stock we will endeavour to make it or reorder it asap. We will notify you if this is the case at the time of order. We will notify you as soon as it has been shipped, or in case of any difficulties.

Payment is by credit/ debit card.
Privacy
Payment information given by you is only used for your order.
Your personal details will not be passed on or disclosed to any other party.

Returns and Refunds.
If an item comes damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
We have described our products as accurately as we can. We are unable to refund you purely because you have changed your mind or the product is not what you imagined. Please note all our products are handmade from natural and raw materials Therefore they will differ slightly from our photos and no two products will look them same. This is the very essence of handmade and natural.
If you are unhappy with how the item is then you can send it back to us unused and unopened for a refund but please note that the postage charged in sending it to you is not refundable and neither is any cost incurred by you in returning it to us.
If an item is faulty then please contact us in this case, we will get you to return the item to us and either replace it or refund it and in this case, we will reimburse postage costs incurred by you.
Please note if a product is not used correctly this may result in damages. This would not entitle you to a refund. If you are unsure of how to use some of our items please contact us and we will gladly help you.
Natural Quality
All our products are made with the same top quality ingrdients and we have researched and tested the best recipes for this product. All products match their description in what they contain and their quality. They may not look the same but this is because they are all homemade with totally natural ingrdients. Please note because of the organic nature of the beeswax irregularities in its composition may occur. This does not affect the quality of the product. Please note that all products contain natural raw ingredients. They may react to high or low temperatures. Any coconut oil products may melt in high temperatures all it would require is putting it in the fridge to set again, this will not affect its quality. Our products are all made with natural and wherever possible certified organic ingredients. There are absolutely no chemicals or nasty additives in any of our products. If an emulsifier or preservative is needed in a product it is certified organic by Biogro.
None of our products have been tested on animals…only our lovely family and friends:)
For our dog products we had our very own willing doggie tester who happily allowed his feet and paws to be massaged and in fact now expects it whenever possible:)
